Was the Coach ever wrong? Did you sue him? Hah hah!!!
You can't a sue a coach for being wrong. Especially when he drops you for some Yahoo who can't tackle...
...not saying that's ever happened to me. ;)
However, you can get sued if you give advice for money. This is called Consulting, or in insurance terms, Professional Liability. I have it in the form of Errors and Omissions insurance. MDs have malpractice insurance.
If you give advice for money, from personal training to software consulting, you need to cover your ass in regards to making a mistake, or even being perceived as making a mistake, and being sued.
Getting Sued is like Getting Dropped from the A side...
...it sucks.
