Recovery Monday: Goodness, Badness, and Sadness
Goodness:
The 7s Championships at SFGG Ray Sheeran field were fantastic... Wendy has all the Women's details. Congrats to the SD Surfers and Belmont Shore... must be the water down there...
Badness:
Make sure your Youth Coaches, Volunteers, and Administers are properly trained with how to work with youth. Check out Praesidium or the NYSAA program.
Also, Football creates concussions... Let's see how Rugby responds.
Sadness:
A former teammate of mine, Blue Balls, has been selected for God's XV... you can always use another prop...
