Pay the Coach to win? Or Coach?

God Bless Rugby Coaches in America. I'm sure 99% volunteer, hours upon hours, to improve our games. Thank you.

But how's a coach paid? Not by the win, but by the season. A successful season means the coach gets to comeback for a few more. (Except when the Bulls won the Super 14 last year. Oops.)

MDs in the US are paid by the win, not by the season. This is changing in Pennslyvania, where a new paradigm is emerging. Access and keeping you healthy as incentive to get paid. This is another forward in the scrum of consumer driven healthcare.

Good coaches win consistently. Soon, a good MD, who keeps you from getting sick, will be paid each year for YOUR successful "season."
