Stop Meddling with the Laws of the Game...Attention Californians.

I like the ELVs, the experimental law variations. I'm fit, so more "live" time on the pitch suits the way I play the game.

I don't like what's being proposed in the California Legislature. Tell insurers who and what to cover, and rates go up. Leave insurers alone, rates go down, but some won't be able to get coverage due to pre-existing conditions.

So the "Many Blood Sucking Parasites" want to pass more laws. Yes, people, more regulations for you and I to get mired in, while paying for double digit rate increases.

Interestingly perpendicular, the ELVs DECREASED the number of laws a ref needs to worry about. By simplifying the breakdown area, and some kicking stuff, the game has gotten more flowing and appreciably faster. (Ha, ha, I'm fit!)

Gov't Regulations do nothing but screw the players, the consumers.

California can open up the market and still maintain guarantee issue plans. Why won't they do that?

We need to get the healthy out of the system to care for the sick and old.

Changes to the Laws of the Game should be for players.
