Can you scrum with one prop? (Don't you just fucking hate "Golden Oldies" Scrums!)
A new study shows that a multipayer systems can achieve single payer spending levels. This means that here in the US, going to a single payer, Medicare-like system would drive the scrum back and turn the ball over. Better to open up the laws, and let us, the consumer, the Rugby Player, make the decisions for our health care.
Don't support a single payer system. You'll lose the match, and possibly the ability to play Rugby.
