The ability to see through...this is consumer driven healthcare.
The medical field and the insurance industry is being pulled into social networking...
...and they're kicking and screaming.
I Yelp. My guess is that you do too. So, five stars for the Chinese place on the corner, 1 star for the new place down the street.
So, now Medical Providers are subject to restaurant reviews. It's your money, right? You've scoured for Italian, but why not for a chiropractor? A PCP?
And your opinion MATTERS. My Buddy Chris was sued for his. And, he fought back, creating his own website in the process.
But others still fight the fight.
Help them.
Transparency is for all of us. I make mistakes. I do my best to fix them. Some customers don't like me. (Okay, most of them don't). But, welcome to Modern Life.
