Over Bind vs Under Bind in Scrums and Health Care

Front row binding determines the outcome of the match. A good loosehead can mess up a tighthead, and a decent 3 can split the opposition front row apart.

The Ref must have, in my opinion, intimate knowledge of the front row. Firstly, safety, but secondly, if you're f$^ ing weak in the scrum, you deserve to be punished.

Now the feds are deciding how your doctor binds onto you.

Unless they also "nationalize" the health insurance laws, they are doubling up the oversight bureaucracy with the states. Stupid.

Like a ref who doesn't know the front row, they'll micromanage the scrum (health care and health insurance) making it less safe, and more expensive.
