Mandatory Coverage = Lower Premiums

Now, the insurance industry has offered a major change in premium policy, if having health insurance becomes legally mandatory.

Of course they are willing to do this. More people means more money. Insurance is about pooling risk. If Health Insurance gets federalized, watch the Big Players drop rates like a nervous fly-half.

Imagine the buying power of a combined CA and TX! I don't know how this would affect health care COST. Could a bigger Insurance company negotiate better prices?

Sadly, Prez O is losing ground because of the economy. Does he have the stroke to pull any significant health care and/or health insurance reform?
