Taxing your post-match Beer

Rugby Players drink beer. Okay, so Dany drinks Ketel One and tonic, but y'all understand.

Some politicians wanted to tax beer, to pay for health care for the poor. The People of Maine said no.

Interesting.

I don't think Ruggers would care if another $0.25 were thrown atop a pint. We're gonna drink it anyway.

I like consumptive taxes, because they give me choice. I don't have to buy beer.

But I will.

As Rugby players, we tend to be more healthy, and more affluent than the populous. Ergo, we should get our own health insurance, pay for the health care we need due to our sport, and GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY OF THE POOR AND CHRONICALLY ILL!

Sorry, I screamed. I'm a Rugby Coach too!

We made a choice. Rugby and Beer.

Choice is good. I'll have a Guinness.
