I've asked y'all a 100 times to buy your OWN Health Insurance.
Ever talk back to the Ref? And what happened? You either marched back 10 meters, or had the penalty awarded to you reversed, because you couldn't STFU?
"Did you know that if your job-based HMO wrongly denies you coverage for a medical treatment and that denial leads to injury or death, federal law may protect that insurer from paying any damages to you or your family" -- Timothy P. Carey, The Washington Examiner's Lobbying Editor
Translation: You have no recourse if your EmployER based Health insurance screws you over. Oh, and the Demos want to extend that protection to the Individual market.
EmployER based health is NOT good for you. It's more expensive (Try going on COBRA), it has typically lower lifetime maximums, and you have little or no consumer protection.
Talking back to a ref gets you nothing. Owning your own insurance, puts the ref into your back pocket!
