Can a school DEMAND you buy Insurance from a Certain Carrier?

The Coach wants you play in a certain style, or system. If you want to start, then you must follow the coach's desires.

Can a college you're attending DEMAND that you buy a certain type of Health Insurance from a certain Carrier?

Fuck No!

A local college is promoting Kaiser health plans, stating that each student must have a certain level of coverage, with deductible limits, co-insurance, and Out-of-Pocket Max's IDENTICAL to a Kaiser plan that is conveniently linked on their website.

My guess is that this practice is border-line illegal. Luckily, Rugby players like to push the law, so my client called the school and asked how this requirement would be enforced. The school balked, stating that the health insurance requirements were only guidelines, and unenforceable. He went with RuckingInsurance, since I can kick Kaiser's ass when it comes to Ruggers.

You muthah fuckahs...

Nobody can force you to buy a certain type of insurance from a certain carrier. That's bloody illegal, and if someone tries that on you, client or no, call me and I'll ruck over them!
