How long does it take to get fit for the Season?

Pre-season work-outs: You need about 3 months, my guess, to get a base of fitness before the Rugby Season starts.

Oh, this is how long it takes to get health-insurance.

Especially in CA, where qualifying for insurance can be difficult.

The Women's Season kicks off in a few weeks.
