Kaiser? Then, go to Kaiser.

If you're on an HMO, like Kaiser, then go to the Kaiser ER.

I don't recco going to Public Hospitals. Typically, you'll spend hours waiting to be told something you already know: It's broken, or the shoulder is separated, or you just need stitches.

Player lands on shoulder, has Kaiser, goes to Kaiser, done in two hours.

Another player lands on shoulder, gets a buddy to drive him to an urgent care center in his home town, done in 2 hours.

The last player took his wife to the Public ER for stomach pains, and 6 hours later they made it to a gurney in the hallway. The eventually left the hospital.

Get my point?

If you have insurance, you have options.

If you don't have insurance, you still have options.

Be smart. Think. Take an ACTIVE role in your healthcare.
