If we go full on Obamacare, expect this to happen if you're in the lower tier of the eventual two tiered healthcare system.
Remember, before Obamacare, 85% of this country had health insurance. I expect that to decline, rapidly.
Oh, and in Tier 2, expect to rated according to risk.
