Create an Email Alias (Nickname in Gmail) to track Claims

You play Rugby, you will have claims.

Create an email alias, or nickname in Gmail, and use that address exclusively for the claim. I'd use your full name and either the claim number, or the policy number.

Example:

Name: Bob Prop
Claim Number: 314159

Alias/Nickname: Bob.Prop.Claim.314159@gmail...

It's a small trick, but it keeps the correspondence in one place, and your name and claim number are referenced CONSTANTLY.

That's a good thing.

Having Bob Prop fall on you...that's a bad thing.
