Rumor has it that Kaiser will be sending rebates out to it's members: Approximately $70 for group health members, and maybe $150 for individuals.

How can they do that? It is NOT Obamacare. Kaiser controls it's medical service providers, so it's not getting slammed by rising health care costs. Control the providers, and you control the costs.
