I cannot conceive what the victims and their families of Penn State's evil are going through. I don't know if USA Rugby has a program, or even Abuse Molestation coverage. I know that all the leagues I insure do.

One difference, perhaps, is the culture of rugby. The sport is built on the very personal connections over the years. I would like to think that even $$$ wouldn't change our sports's value system. I hope this all makes us healthy skeptics of institutions.
