So Massachusetts' match report has arrived. They couldn't win a line-out, a scrum, and conceded too many penalties.
Controlling costs...it's like what to charge Rugby players for club dues. Too much, and nobody pays; too little, well, that always works. The challenge comes when a club allows a talented player to play even though that player didn't pay dues. Happens all the fucking time.
Who gets to skate by the health care system? The uninsured get nailed at the hospital, the middle class is sandwiched between no employer benefits and an inability, at least in Massachusetts, to pay the insurance premium. (Most states, you'll pay LESS for health insurance yourself, than through an employer's group plan.) Even college recent-grads and students get screwed.
The gov't won't insure you. Your employer will soon drop coverage. If you want to Ruck, you'll buy your own health insurance. Just look at Massachusetts.
