Blue Shield of CA has adjusted it's tier schedule for R/x. Who cares?
Smart Ruggers go to Walmart to get R/x's filled. Don't bother with these types of plans, and, even I once sold them, R/x discount cards are all but useless.
$4 for most R/x's, versus haggling with an insurance company and/or pharmacy?
Kick to Walmart!
