Ever wonder why you didn't start last Saturday? Who do you talk to?

So, you got dropped from the A-side. It happens. So, who do you talk to?

a. Another Player who got dropped.
b. The Player who took your spot.
c. The Coach.
d. Your significant other.

C is correct. The Coach selects the team, so obviously you'd want to talk to him.

Sadly, this is NOT that simple with regard to insurance claims. You may end up speaking to 4 or 5 DIFFERENT people regarding your claim. Here's where diligence, and note taking help you win.

When speaking to ANY Customer Service type, ask for their name. Then, ask how are they today? While they're answering, you're writing down their name, the date and time, and what company you're calling.

After the convo, record what was said, and what actions either you or the CSR person intend to do.

And, yes, you must do this for every conversation.

Don't feel like it? Good. Then, make your agent/broker do it.
