My Club, the SF FOG RFC, invites a ref to a pre-season training, to go over the new laws, and what refs have been instructed to look for in the coming games.
Why?
Because NO WHERE is that information posted. It's a secret, only divulged to refs.
But with a little beer, and pizza, and maybe, a Tshirt, you can access this sacred knowledge.
Insurance Companies also hide the info needed to file a claim properly.
Why?
Because that maintains their cashflow. Most companies pay their claims, but they're damn slow, and put different and inconsistent barriers in the way. Trick: Call your Employer's insurance provider, or your agent BEFORE getting fucked up. Have the procedure in hand now, instead of figuring it out while Medical Service providers are billing the hell out of you.
I don't know if inviting a claims processor to a Rugby training would work, but I don't think it could hurt. ;)
