Karen Elkins - You can use the ARRA COBRA subsidy as many times as you lose your job "involuntarily," which pisses me off since someone who is fired for cause will still get the subsidy. The plan was for it to cover people impacted by a layoff, but that's not how it's written...COBRA continues benefits for 18 months (unless there's a second qualifying event, then it may be longer.)
