Does your Coach have a professional designation?

So, does Coach have a Level II whatever?  Here's something they might not be aware of...

Once you get a professional designation, you are held to a higher standard.  This includes liability.

Example:  Anyone can sell a house.  If you "omit" details, and the sale goes through, tough noogies to the buyer.  Caveat Emptor...

However, if you're a licensed Realtor, you are liable for Omissions.  (Called Errors and Omissions Insurance, I carry it because I too am licensed.)

Does your Coach carry Miscellaneous Professional Liability?  Doubt it.  Does USAR(FU)'s insurance cover that? Nope.

Does your Coach work with kids?

Um, about that house of yours...
