I doubt that more than 10 people in the US have actually read the Laws of Rugby from the IRB.
Less have read their insurance documents.
Why?
Because the truth is hidden in the challenging language. Remember the Hobbit? You needed moonlight to find the Dwarven runes to learn of the location of the secret door into Smaug's lair.
The Moonlight for a Rugby player is a coach and a ref. The Moonlight for an Insured should be the Agent/Broker.
