How Insurance works, for the 1,000th freaking time!

A rugger asked for a dental plan that would major work after signing up. He was asking a company to pay over $2,000 after he gave them $35 for the first month's premium.

Really?

Would you do that for someone? Pay 2k after he bought you a decent bottle of wine? No, you wouldn't.

And, neither would an insurance company.

Insurance is for situations that occur spontaneously, unplanned for, and cause a loss. (More definitions on wikipedia, but you get the idea...)

Please, and I say this with all due respect, insurance is NOT A FREE RIDE!!!! Quit this immature entitlement mentality.

Now, it's not your fault, it's how the system has structured itself. You've been conditioned to think health care is free as long as you have insurance. More on that, later.
