So, Obamacare made all preventive care FREE. So, why are MDs and Hospitals mis-coding (that's the magic number they place on the bills, so that the insurance company knows what to pay...) preventive care? Balance billing?
Or, maybe they don't see the Law that day.
Remember, unless YOU take an active role in your health care and health insurance, you will get Popped for bills you legally don't deserve.
