Two people this week told me that when they were hurt on the job that they could NOT use their health insurance because it would affect their workers comp claim.
FUCKING BULLSHIT!!!!
Go get fixed. Hurt? GO GET FIXED.
One woman waited a full MONTH after rupturing her Achilles Tendon because she believed this misinformation. I had to find her a local Workers Comp lawyer to sort that out. I'll do that for you too.
