Coach's Professional, (like a Personal Trainer), Liability: Needed?

I don't know, I'm struggling with this one.

I've gotten quotes from $1,200 towards $2,500 per year for basically a general liability policy, set up similar to what a personal/professional trainer would need to carry.  What I'd love to know if this is included already in USAR(FU)'s GL?  Does it apply to any coach, or those who've gone through the coaching level certification classes? 

My fear is that we're going to find a Penn State/US Swimming/Syracuse situation in either Youth or College Rugby.  Then what happens to the little precious gains we've made?

More to follow... grim, I know.  But I have Son, and the Penn State scandal scared me.
