I've read that Workers Comp fraud is anywhere from 3% to 30% of claims... IMHO, Pareto's 20% is probably best, meaning, 20% of the claims create 80% of the costs, and the fraud is on the small claims, and the smaller end of things...
People are stupid... I prefer incompetence over conspiracy...
So, um, er, ah....yeah... don't get caught having sex in a park while on a Workers Comp claim...
