Our intrepid Frenchman failed to mention that his injury was a re-aggravation of a previous challenge.
IE, pre-existing condition.
HCCMIS paid for the ER visit, the follow up visit, and an MRI. They refused to pay for surgery to correct the problem. The Frenchman did NOT tell me about this, I had to learn it from the claims operator.
