Sexual Abuse and Molestation in US Swimming: What is US Rugby doing?

I don't know if US Rugby's General Liability would cover a lawsuit made by a player against a coach.  Who would I speak to about this?

I do know that it's going to happen.  Sucks.  But that's just the way our litigious society works...
