Blue Shield of CA only company to sell Child Only Policies

And, the rates are ugly.  Almost 400 a month for a Newborn.  Just under 200 a month for a toddler.

I'm looking for alternatives.  MiniMeds, SCHIPS, whatever I can lay my hands on...

Too bad they cut Medicare Advantage, instead of using that model to serve the needs of the under and un-insured.
