As I delve into the world of property and casualty insurance, I discover happy little snippets like this.
A few years ago, we had a fender bender. Our insurance company came out the next day, in a cool looking truck, made an appointment for us at the auto repair place, cut us a check, and bounced. Worked out well, since no one got hurt.
However, once someone gets hurt, my advice is to call a lawyer. Something just ain't right about settling with the insurance company before seeking medical attention and getting legal advice.
