Beware of using Chinese Drywall. (Seems un-Rugby related, but since so many players are contractors and carpenters, it's relevant to them...)
Most Commercial General Liability Policies are excluding "Tainted Drywall" with a very vague, open definition. Basically, if there's a hint of bad materials, especially from China, don't expect your policy to cover you for "physical damage" or "bodily injury" under the "completed products and operations" aspect.
In other words, buy American, just to be safe.
